The virus started with a fever, body ache, headaches on and off around 10 days until I feel my body becomes weaken. I woke up every morning with one worst hangover ever…
So I decided check-in into one of the hospital for blood test… and I was confirmed infected with Dengue Fever which I never knew. By then I get to know my dengue platelet count drastically drop from 25,000 ——– 6,000. *The normal platelet count ranges from 150,000-350,000.
Due to the drastic drop on my platelet count, the doc said I have to be transfer into ICU for close monitoring. During that period of time 4 packs of donated blood was given to me to help increase my platelet count.
At the time I was battling with Liver infection,Bloating stomach, Lung fills with water and Stomach ache which makes me loose all my appetite. 
Boosting platelet count tips!
1) Double boiled frog meat with min bitter gourd essence
2) Store bought ready Papaya leaves drink or
Handmade Papaya leaves which grind into a paste (Do not add water)
– Squeeze the leaves to extract the juice
– Avoid drinking water immediately afterwards
3) Porcupine豪猪枣 powder
4) Lot’s and lot’s of Kiwi fruit & Dark purple skin grapes
5)Nipah crab soup
6) Not forgetting lot’s of ZzZzZzZzZzZzZzZzZzZz…………
